Elizabeth Grace Skincare Ltd is a company that is always considering what is best for our customers. When formulating our products we try to always see things from your perspective. We consider what every person wants when purchasing natural handmade skincare. Ethically sourced ingredients, good manufacturing practices, great quality products, fair pricing and excellent service. Why do we know all of this? because it's what we want ourselves as customers. Therefore we will strive to make this your experience when you purchase our products. For your peace of mind all products have undergone a Customer Product Safety Assessment.

Undelivered/Returned Packages
Our Customer will need to be responsible for ensuring that their delivery address is entered in full (including flat number, security entry code, post code etc), and that the address is correct at the time the order is placed. When the delivery address is a company address, the company name must also be entered, along with the name of the recipient.
If your product/s are returned back to us, either by Royal Mail or a courier due to incorrect entry of the address; we will reserve the right to charge you for the costs of shipping of your parcel. We would much prefer not to do that so please take care.
For orders over 2 kg sent by Royal Mail ,this will be £5.30 for 2nd class orders and below 2 kg will be
charged at £3.20. Therefore should you decide to request a refund, we will refund the cost of the products only, minus the actual cost we've incurred for the shipping.
Dispatch of Orders
Our products are quite often made to order ( especially made for you! not sitting on a shelf for months!!!). Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be processed & despatched.
When ordering run up leading up to public holidays, please expect delays.
- If you have ordered products, which are in stock or already made, your order will be processed & despatched within 2 working days.
- Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday or if you happen to order over a bank holiday, your order will be processed on the first working day, usually a Tuesday.
We will do our very best to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days using Royal Mail. However, please bear in mind that we are not able to guarantee delivery times/dates we also cannot be responsible for loss resulting from delivery delays. This would be the responsibility of Royal Mail.
